Monday - Friday - $80 / hour (minimum 4 hours)
Sunday - $90 / hour (minimum 4 hours) (Full Day Rental - $1,200)
Saturday - $100 / hour (minimum 4 hours) (Full Day Rental - $1,500)

The Grand Room - (Capacity: 644 guests)
Monday - Friday, Sunday - $150 / hour (minimum 4 hours)
Saturday - $200 / hour (minimum 4 hours) (Full Day Rental - $2,750)

Large Event / Wedding / Reception Pricing Package
Inclusions:
- Both The Mulberry Room and The Grand Room.
- The Grand Room Suite
- This package includes full access to the property for your event weekend allowing time (Friday) for setup, rehearsal, and your special celebration (Saturday), with extended access the following morning (Sunday) for cleanup and departure.
- Access to the prep kitchenette.
- Four restrooms.
- Two lobby areas.
