- What is included in the venue fee?
Included in the rental fee is up to (24) 6’ round tables and up to (192) white padded chairs. Amount of tables and chairs depends on the Venue room.

- Do you require preferred vendors?

We have quite a few vendors we love working with & will gladly recommend them should you wish. However, you are not required to use any specific vendors/caterers. We do require all Vendors to provide proof of Insurance.

- Do you have on-site parking?
​
We have a few parking spots with access to the back of the event venue. There is public parking directly across from our venue, as well as several close by. We do have a large garage loading door for easy and quick setup and breakdown.

- Setup & Breakdown
​
The Oaks will provide the requested number of tables & chairs for the event (up to 24 6' round tables and 192 chairs). However, it is the responsibility of the host/planner to set up the space as needed. Upon the conclusion of your event, the client is responsible for take down of the provided tables and chairs and removing any/all items brought in personally or by vendors. Overnight storage is not allowed unless approved by The Oaks.
